New Regulations for Pet Travel


A few months ago, the US DOT started looking at setting new regulations for ESA's on flights. Today  December 2, 2020), they announced a major revision to its Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA). While these changes have yet to be implemented, once they are published in the Federal register, they will take effect 30 days after that publication date. This is a significant development for those that travel with ESA’s
