If you’re looking for a relaxing waterfront stay in Fort Lauderdale, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is a great option, especially if you’re traveling with a small dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff made both me and Emily feel genuinely welcome with thoughtful hospitality that set the tone for our stay.
One of our favorite parts was spending time by the tropical pool before heading over to the beach. The complimentary beach shuttle made it easy to enjoy both experiences without having to worry about parking or driving. We also loved having the Water Taxi nearby. While only service animals are permitted onboard, it’s still a fun way to explore Fort Lauderdale if you’re traveling without a pet or with a service animal.
After a day by the water, dinner at Olive & Sea overlooking the marina was the perfect way to end the evening. The waterfront setting, yachts, and sunset views created such a relaxing atmosphere.
For those traveling with pets, the hotel welcomes dogs up to 25 pounds. The pet fee is $75 per stay for 1–4 nights and $125 per stay for stays of 5 nights or longer, making it easy to plan ahead.
We left wishing we had stayed longer. Next time, we’d love to spend more time exploring the marina, take a boat tour, and experience even more of the waterfront.
